You will lead real-time operations of an autonomous fleet, overseeing dispatch and remote assistance teams, managing incident response, and developing scalable processes. You'll coordinate cross-functionally to ensure safe and efficient mission execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years in autonomy operations, logistics, or fleet management
• Experience leading real-time operations or control centers
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
• Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or transportation

Responsibilities

• Lead and program manage command center operations
• Oversee fleet dispatch and remote assistance processes
• Develop and manage incident management and escalation processes
• Develop processes and tooling to enable future scale
• Coordinate cross-functionally for mission success and continuity
