You'll drive DFT flows for complex digital designs, working closely with RTL and PnR teams to ensure testability. You'll define test strategies, create vectors, and collaborate on design-for-test requirements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define DFT strategy and methodologies for digital designs
• Create and simulate test vectors in various modes
• Collaborate with physical design team to close DFT requirements
• Validate DFT requirements and debug test failures

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DFT flow of a product company
• Hands-on expertise with commercial test generation tools for large designs
• Strong knowledge of DFT techniques including JTAG, ATPG, scan compression
• Experience with RTL simulation, synthesis, and backend flows

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to low power techniques
• Knowledge of TCL and Python scripting
