🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the group home
• Mentor and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff
• Ensure adherence to DDS, funding agency, and state regulations
• Assume on-call responsibilities as required

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Valid Driver’s License with at least 3 years driving experience
