🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive core user metrics (NPS, contact ratio, cancellation ratio, satisfaction).
• Triage and eliminate root causes of poor user experience across organizations.
• Fix, delete, automate, or create processes for structural issues.
• Serve as product manager for feature launches and software automation projects.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 2+ years of professional experience in venture capital, management consulting, or operations/product management at a technology company.

• Data analysis with Python and SQL, R, or similar.
• Knowledge of software development life-cycle and release process.
