Description

You will install, troubleshoot, and repair the Tablo Hemodialysis System at customer facilities or patient homes, performing preventative maintenance and serving as a technical subject matter expert. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product improvement and ensure optimal system performance.

Requirements

Associate's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Fluidics (or military equivalent)
5+ years field service or industry experience
Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and fluidics components
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Ability to travel extensively within the US

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, and repair Tablo Dialysis Systems
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, calibrations, and upgrades
Serve as technical SME on Tablo product
Deliver first and second level technical support
Document service activities and manage spares inventory
