You'll lead a team in implementing process improvement opportunities while ensuring compliance and contractual goals. You'll develop an operating plan for improving efficiency and scaling operations. This role reports into the SVP, Insurance Operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of managers
• Develop and continuously improve foundational processes
• Ensure operational compliance with regulatory/accreditation agencies
• Surface data, process, and technology issues proactively

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years commensurate experience
• 10+ years in healthcare strategy and operations
• 6+ years of leadership experience
• 2+ years in program management or process design

• Master's degree
• Health Insurance or Management Consulting experience
• Lean / Six Sigma experience
