💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an exceptional customer experience at BoxLunch, a pop culture retailer helping eliminate hunger. Your core impact is training new recruits and driving sales through fandom knowledge while assisting with daily operations. You'll have the chance to step up as a keyholder and lead the sales floor when needed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
