You'll lead research projects tackling healthcare quality, costs, and access. You will apply quantitative methods to analyze Medicare data and translate findings into actionable insights. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and execute rigorous research and evaluation projects
- Apply quantitative methods to collect, manage, and analyze data
- Translate complex findings into actionable insights for clients
- Support proposal development and manage project components
๐ Requirements
- PhD in a relevant field or Master's with 4+ years of quantitative research experience
- Experience with Medicare beneficiary, provider, and claims data
- Experience working with large health-related datasets (claims, enrollment, etc.)
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to analytic workflows
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, or other federal health programs
- Experience with SAS, SQL, Stata, R, or similar statistical tools
- Experience coaching junior staff
