  • Design and execute rigorous research and evaluation projects
  • Apply quantitative methods to collect, manage, and analyze data
  • Translate complex findings into actionable insights for clients
  • Support proposal development and manage project components

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • PhD in a relevant field or Master's with 4+ years of quantitative research experience
  • Experience with Medicare beneficiary, provider, and claims data
  • Experience working with large health-related datasets (claims, enrollment, etc.)
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to analytic workflows

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, or other federal health programs
  • Experience with SAS, SQL, Stata, R, or similar statistical tools
  • Experience coaching junior staff
