🎯 What You'll Do
- Identify and close large-scale digital transformation projects (€1M+) in energy sector.
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across utilities and grid operators.
- Engage senior decision-makers with strategic insights and innovative solutions.
- Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with technical experts to shape tailored solutions.
📋 Requirements
- Proven track record selling consulting or digital transformation solutions in energy.
- Strong active network in the German energy market (utilities, grid operators).
- Experience closing complex deals with 6-12 month sales cycles.
- Understanding of energy industry topics like smart grids or grid planning.

- Experience with data, AI, or engineering solutions for energy.
- University degree in engineering or business.
- Fluency in German and strong English.
