🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and close large-scale digital transformation projects (€1M+) in energy sector.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across utilities and grid operators.
  • Engage senior decision-makers with strategic insights and innovative solutions.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to shape tailored solutions.

📋 Requirements

  • Proven track record selling consulting or digital transformation solutions in energy.
  • Strong active network in the German energy market (utilities, grid operators).
  • Experience closing complex deals with 6-12 month sales cycles.
  • Understanding of energy industry topics like smart grids or grid planning.

  • Experience with data, AI, or engineering solutions for energy.
  • University degree in engineering or business.
  • Fluency in German and strong English.
