💼 About This Role

You'll build and own the global payroll and equity function from the ground up at Fundraise Up, a fast-growing fundraising platform. Your work will ensure accurate, compliant, and audit-ready operations across multiple countries as the company scales. This high-impact role offers direct visibility across Finance, People, and Legal teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end payroll delivery for all non-GTM employees globally
• Establish and manage a standardized payroll calendar across jurisdictions
• Partner with Revenue Operations to incorporate GTM payroll inputs
• Administer equity programs including grants, exercises, and terminations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of multi-country payroll experience
• Hands-on experience with an equity administration platform (e.g., Carta, Shareworks, Pulley)
• Working knowledge of stock-based compensation accounting (ASC 718)
• Experience building or improving payroll controls in a scaling environment

✨ Nice to Have

• CPP certification
• Experience in a high-growth or venture-backed company
• Experience managing EOR vendors (e.g., Deel, Remote, Velocity Global)
