💼 About This Role

You'll provide virtual therapy sessions to patients via a telehealth platform, focusing solely on care and documentation. Your work will expand access to mental healthcare for over 100M covered lives. You'll have full administrative support for scheduling, billing, and onboarding.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform virtual remote counseling and psychotherapy sessions.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement behavioral health treatment plans.
• Conduct monthly chart reviews as part of peer review QA.

📋 Requirements

• Active and unrestricted LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Arizona.
• Master's degree from an accredited program in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• 2-3+ years of unsupervised post-licensure psychotherapy experience.
• Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision.
