You'll lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs for a strategic enterprise customer in London. You'll bridge business priorities with technical execution using Agile and cloud-native practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery across programs, workstreams, and sprint commitments.
• Manage Agile ceremonies, release planning, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Provide technical oversight across cloud, data, application, and DevOps workstreams.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and engineering excellence.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in technology delivery, software engineering, or cloud transformation.
• 5+ years in a delivery management or technical program leadership role.
• Strong experience managing enterprise customers in an onsite delivery model.
• Proven ability to lead distributed engineering teams across onsite, nearshore, and offshore.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working with large global enterprise customers.
• Prior exposure to audit, risk, compliance, or financial services environments.
• Experience with AI-enabled engineering tools like GitHub Copilot.
