Clinical Account Manager - Massachusetts

Description

You will launch new hospitals and drive organic growth within existing accounts by providing medical education and clinical training to physicians and staff. You'll collaborate with Territory Managers to expand product use, build advocacy, and manage account launches across acute care settings.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of recent critical care sales experience OR 5 years of medical device/pharma sales OR RN with industry sales support experience.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to assess stakeholder needs and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Strong project management skills for new account launches.
  • Based within Massachusetts region; 60%/3 days per week travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new and organic growth by expanding Ceribell use to additional acute care centers within existing customer base.
  • Launch Ceribell at new customer sites and drive new product introductions.
  • Build advocacy and champions within facilities using hospital data to validate interest.
  • Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on clinical usage of Ceribell.
  • Troubleshoot workflow solutions and establish protocols for seizure risk patients.
