You will build and scale the Lightning AI platform, owning key features end-to-end from frontend to backend, and collaborate with a smart team to create groundbreaking technology for the machine learning ecosystem.

Requirements

• Proficiency in React and Go (Golang)
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles
• Hands-on experience as a full stack engineer in a SaaS company
• Proven ability to take ownership of key features and drive end-to-end development
• Ability to operate in high uncertainty and rapidly changing environments

Responsibilities

• Write readable/testable/efficient code in React and Python or Go
• Master technology stack to deliver new features and improve performance
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to set technical direction
• Evaluate and document technical architecture, tools, and processes
• Mentor and coach engineers on system design and problem-solving
