Description

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of mid-market customers in North America, driving measurable value, retention, and growth through product adoption and strategic partnership. You'll act as a strategic advisor, lead onboarding and Executive Business Reviews, and collaborate with Sales and Product to mitigate risk and expand accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing SaaS/agency role
  • Experience with attribution, data, digital advertising (mobile/omnichannel)
  • Understanding of SDKs, APIs, and mobile attribution tools
  • Strong communication skills with executive and technical audiences
  • Proven ability to manage complex relationships and influence retention/growth

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer outcomes and product adoption across portfolio
  • Own post-sales relationship and partner with Sales for retention and growth
  • Lead onboarding, training, and enablement sessions
  • Conduct regular check-ins, usage reviews, and Executive Business Reviews
  • Identify growth opportunities and coordinate cross-functional issue resolution
