You'll lead the design, configuration, and delivery of complex Five9 CCaaS solutions for enterprise clients. You'll own end-to-end solution delivery, guiding engineering teams and ensuring successful deployments. This role offers deep technical leadership with minimal oversight across multiple concurrent initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate business requirements into scalable Five9/CCaaS system designs.
• Own end-to-end solution delivery including config, testing, deployment, and rollout.
• Provide technical leadership and quality assurance across the delivery lifecycle.
• Design and configure advanced Five9 capabilities like IVR, WFA, and AI tools.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in Contact Center/CCaaS Professional Services.
• 5+ years hands-on architecture experience with Five9 Intelligent CX Platform.
• 5+ years development with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, REST/SOAP APIs.
• 3+ years integrating CRM/ITSM platforms like Salesforce or ServiceNow.

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• Experience with server-side languages like Node.js, PHP, Java, or .NET.
• Expertise with jQuery, Bootstrap, or AngularJS.
