You'll design and execute A/B tests to improve user engagement and subscription growth on a large-scale learning platform serving over one million users. Your experiments will directly influence acquisition, activation, and retention, driving measurable business outcomes in a collaborative Product Growth team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and analyze A/B tests across the full customer journey
• Manage experimentation roadmap based on impact and learning potential
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and analysts on testing initiatives
• Use analytics and research to identify optimization opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization or growth marketing
• Proven success designing experiments that improved conversion or revenue
• Experience with GA4, Amplitude, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms
• Familiarity with A/B testing platforms like Convert and UX tools like Hotjar
