Description

This internship offers hands-on experience in construction project management and field operations. You will support daily site activities, assist with design review and field verification, and work on a capstone project. High performers may be considered for full-time employment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Strong interest in construction, project delivery, and field operations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings preferred

Responsibilities

• Support daily construction activities alongside field supervision, including site walks, coordination meetings, and safety briefings
• Assist with tracking construction progress and documenting field conditions
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, and document control, maintaining project logs and reports
• Support coordination between trades and stakeholders to ensure alignment on milestones
• Perform field verification of installed work against IFC drawings, assisting with inspections and QA/QC documentation
