Description

You will design and improve core processes and operating rhythms for a high-growth product organization, working with cross-functional teams to plan, build, launch, and communicate products at scale. Your work will directly enable Product Managers and embedded Product Ops teams to execute effectively.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or related role
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Experience owning product development processes at scale
• Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design and improve core product operating rhythms and standards
• Develop tooling, trackers, and workflows for consistent execution
• Translate leadership strategy into execution models (planning cycles, MBRs)
• Own internal product communication to Sales, Support, and other teams
• Lead a team of Product Operations managers
