You'll shape product roadmaps and build innovative AI products from 0→1 in a hands-on startup environment. You'll partner with engineering and design in fast sprints to prototype and deploy capabilities, driving rapid iteration and scalable systems. You'll work directly with the CPO and founding team, blending product leadership, operational execution, and strategic support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Shape product roadmaps and prioritize features for market validation.
• Partner with engineering, design, and PMs in fast sprints to prototype and deploy.
• Record screencasts and product videos to drive feature adoption.
• Collect user feedback and analyze metrics to refine backlogs and boost retention.

📋 Requirements

• Startup or consulting background in product/operations.
• Familiarity with 0→1 product launches.
• Proven playbook-building for onboarding, recruitment, or growth systems.
• Hands-on with video tools, design (Canva), SQL, and productivity stacks (Asana, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot).
