💼 About This Role

You'll manage compensation, benefits, and HRIS operations for a leading liquid storage design and construction firm. You'll ensure competitive compensation through market analysis and oversee benefits administration. You'll also optimize the HRIS to improve efficiency and compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Benchmark jobs against survey data to determine competitive compensation ranges.
• Administer employee insurance, savings programs, and 401(K) plan.
• Oversee and maintain optimal function of the HRIS system.
• Lead collaborative HRIS projects with Finance, Technology, and vendors.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience with compensation, benefits, or HRIS.
• Hands-on experience with total rewards programs and HR reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities.

✨ Nice to Have

• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Prevailing Wage, Davis-Bacon, and Unions.
