πΌ About This Role
You'll manage compensation, benefits, and HRIS operations for a leading liquid storage design and construction firm. You'll ensure competitive compensation through market analysis and oversee benefits administration. You'll also optimize the HRIS to improve efficiency and compliance.
π― What You'll Do
- Benchmark jobs against survey data to determine competitive compensation ranges.
- Administer employee insurance, savings programs, and 401(K) plan.
- Oversee and maintain optimal function of the HRIS system.
- Lead collaborative HRIS projects with Finance, Technology, and vendors.
π Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience with compensation, benefits, or HRIS.
- Hands-on experience with total rewards programs and HR reporting.
- Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Construction industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Prevailing Wage, Davis-Bacon, and Unions.
