Description

Manage a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to ensure vehicles meet Carvana's rigorous standards. You'll oversee production goals, coach team members, and approve mechanical/quality defects to deliver a no-hassle car buying experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years
• Functional expertise in reconditioning processes and lean principles
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Ability to delegate tasks and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into/out of Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals
• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team; identify strengths, weaknesses, and improvement areas
• Provide coaching, development, performance management, and feedback to team
• Monitor adherence to systems, policies, and standards; resolve conflicts
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects; train team on quality control standards
