💼 About This Role

You'll join Flagship Pioneering's Digital Platforms team to build and deploy AI-powered workflows across business functions like finance, legal, HR, and research. You'll own the productionization of AI capabilities at scale, including MCP builds, agentic tooling, and automation pipelines. This high-ownership role offers direct exposure to senior IT leadership and the chance to shape enterprise AI infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy AI use cases across business functions
• Maintain AI infrastructure: MCP servers, agentic frameworks, LLM orchestration
• Build integrations between AI tools and enterprise systems (Coupa, NetSuite, Slack, M365)
• Establish MLOps platform for deployment, observability, and feedback loops

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical delivery experience
• 4+ years of software (Python) and automation engineering with LLM-based systems in production
• 2+ years experience with cloud-first architectures (AWS preferred)
• 2+ years experience with DevOps and MLOps tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in life sciences or biotech
• Experience with Coupa, NetSuite, Workday, or similar ERP/HCM platforms
