You'll partner with US Sales leadership to drive data-driven GTM growth in AMER through strategic planning and process optimization. You'll analyze sales data to generate actionable insights and lead cross-functional initiatives that scale revenue operations. This role offers high visibility and impact at a rapidly growing SaaS startup backed by Sequoia.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop regional sales strategies and territory plans with VP of Sales
- Analyze sales data to generate insights and drive performance improvement
- Support forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reviews
- Lead cross-functional GTM initiatives from concept to execution
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations in B2B SaaS
- Experience supporting AMER sales teams or multinational GTM operations
- Proficiency with Salesforce at admin level, Google Sheets, and automation tools
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills

- Data visualization skills (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
- Passion for AI and automation to streamline RevOps workflows
- Working knowledge of SQL or similar analytical tools
