You'll partner with US Sales leadership to drive data-driven GTM growth in AMER through strategic planning and process optimization. You'll analyze sales data to generate actionable insights and lead cross-functional initiatives that scale revenue operations. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop regional sales strategies and territory plans with VP of Sales
  • Analyze sales data to generate insights and drive performance improvement
  • Support forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reviews
  • Lead cross-functional GTM initiatives from concept to execution

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations in B2B SaaS
  • Experience supporting AMER sales teams or multinational GTM operations
  • Proficiency with Salesforce at admin level, Google Sheets, and automation tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills

  • Data visualization skills (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
  • Passion for AI and automation to streamline RevOps workflows
  • Working knowledge of SQL or similar analytical tools
