You'll pioneer software in biology as an AAE at LatchBio, building the cloud platform for biological data. Your mission is predictable lead generation through targeted ABM campaigns. Join a high-performance team working in person in Mission Bay, SF.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Refine ICP alongside product and sales team.
• Orchestrate ABM campaigns personalized to ICPs.
• Write and refine messaging based on outreach data.
• Book demos and conduct hot-handoffs to AEs.

📋 Requirements

• 1 year experience as BDR or AE at an early-stage cloud or software company
• Background in biology — either in school or professionally
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and best practices
