Description

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a Summer Seasonal Physical Therapist. You will provide home health visits to adult and geriatric clients in Cape May County, performing diagnostic tests, developing care plans, and educating clients to promote independent living.

Requirements

• Current NJ Physical Therapist license
• Graduation from an APTA or CAAHEP accredited program
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Solid computer skills; experience with EMR preferred

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements (mobility, strength, balance)
• Develop and implement individualized care plans including therapeutic exercises
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care
• Accurately document observations and interventions using an electronic tablet
