Description

As a Technical Account Manager specializing in Auth0, you will guide strategic enterprise customers on their identity journey, advising on best practices and product adoption to ensure success and retention. You'll build relationships with key decision-makers and collaborate internally to drive customer value.

Requirements

• 7+ years IT experience with 3+ years as TAM or comparable in IAM
• Proficiency in identity federation protocols (SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
• Familiarity with IAM solution providers
• Background in Technical Account Management, Consulting, or Solution Architecture
• Ability to code in JavaScript

Responsibilities

• Own account management function as Auth0 TAM, covering business and technical aspects
• Advise customers on best practices and product adoption in a post-sales capacity
• Engage with personas including CISO, Product Owner, CMO, developers in strategic accounts
• Review customer architectures and Auth0 configurations to enhance security and ROI
• Establish strong relationships with decision-makers and internal teams
