💼 About This Role

You'll build and execute Proton's channel strategy from the ground up, identifying and enabling MSPs, IT resellers, and ecosystem partners. You'll drive revenue growth and long-term collaboration by developing joint GTM motions and partner programs. This is a hands-on builder role in a fast-growing privacy-first company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and launch Proton's partner program with tiers, incentives, and enablement paths.
  • Identify and onboard MSPs, IT resellers, and SaaS integrators in key geographies.
  • Develop joint GTM motions like webinars, bundled offers, and compliance-driven outreach.
  • Structure B2B2C agreements with associations and tech ecosystems.
  • Manage pipeline performance tracking for sourced and influenced opportunities.

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in channel partnerships or MSP relationship management.
  • Proven ability to build and manage partner ecosystems from recruitment to performance tracking.
  • Strong understanding of MSP business models and reseller economics.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.

  • Experience building a partner program from scratch at a scaling SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with compliance-driven industries (healthcare, legal, finance).
