💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of programmer machinists and coordinate machining operations for Vast's next-generation rocket engine production. Your core impact will be transitioning the system from development to production while ensuring aerospace quality standards and optimizing processes for efficiency and low cost.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of programmer machinists.
• Coordinate work schedules and assignments to optimize productivity.
• Implement and oversee quality control measures.
• Enforce safety protocols in the machine shop.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience.
• Knowledge of machining processes, CNC equipment, and tooling.
• Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends to support critical milestones.
