💼 About This Role

You'll orchestrate the industrialization of the Roadrunner product, a cutting-edge counter-UAS interceptor. You'll own the entire manufacturing value-chain from current rate to high-volume deployment. This role requires a 3-month training program at HQ in Costa Mesa before moving to our new Ohio facility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead manufacturing of products from prototyping to full-scale production
• Drive design for manufacturability with design engineers
• Own documentation like MBOMs and work instructions
• Analyze metrics for continuous improvement initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware
• Degree in a technical field (engineering, math, hard science) preferred
• Demonstrated ability to deliver electromechanical hardware in resource-constrained environments
• U.S. Citizen required

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to aircraft programs or aerospace defense technologies
• Software scripting experience in any language
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
