📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of engineering management experience leading teams of 8–10 engineers.
• Strong technical background in backend or distributed systems at scale.
• Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects with measurable outcomes.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product managers and ML partners.
