Description

As a Production Associate at Misfits Market, you'll play a key role in fulfilling customer orders by accurately selecting, picking, and packing products in a temperature-controlled warehouse. You'll use a Warehouse Management System to ensure quality and efficiency while helping reduce food waste.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to work in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees)
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and stand/squat/kneel/bend

Responsibilities

• Use finger scanner and WMS to locate and select products in refrigerated warehouse
• Pack items considering temperature-sensitive requirements
• Conduct quality checks for damages, discrepancies, or expiration issues
• Work with team to meet daily operational targets
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
