Description

You will lead Rightway's Client Success team within the PBM line of business, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and growth. You'll develop PBM-specific strategies, optimize processes, and build playbooks to scale team execution while managing key client relationships and driving issue resolution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in client management, consulting, or operations
• 4+ years in healthcare, PBM, or benefits industry
• Bachelor's Degree required; PharmD preferred
• Experience leading and developing teams working with complex PBM products
• Advanced skills in MS Office/Google Suite and Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Client Success Managers and Associates within PBM
• Evolve client segmentation and service model for scaling PBM organization
• Drive client renewal, growth, and retention strategies specific to PBM
• Build process playbooks and templates for consistency and scalability
• Oversee executive-level PBM client relationships and facilitate executive sponsor involvement
