🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire high monthly volume of nurses and clinical talent.
• Optimize recruiting strategy for clinical and frontline hires aligning with health plan contracts.
• Collaborate with recruiting team and stakeholders to meet hiring objectives.
• Enhance and establish end-to-end recruitment processes.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with 2+ years in clinical recruiting.
• Experience supporting high-growth or startup organizations.
• Ownership of end-to-end, high-volume recruiting processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
