Description

You will own systems tooling for the RevTech team, manage cloud-based tools like Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ, prioritize business requests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions for channel partners and internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience supporting enterprise business systems with cloud technology
• Ability to configure and understand Salesforce logic Flows/Apex code
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
• Deep understanding of Agile methodology including sprint planning and backlog grooming
• Strong communication skills; ability to translate customer needs into product requirements

Responsibilities

• Own systems tooling needs for business teams including Sales, Partners, Renewals, and Support
• Triage and prioritize business requests; troubleshoot and debug issues with SOQL/SOSL queries and data loads
• Implement permission and configuration changes in cloud systems
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap for Revenue tools; collaborate with Engineering to deliver features
• Work with data integrations team to set up monitoring and proactively identify data errors and pipeline failures
