• Proactively source and engage diverse candidate pipelines
• Review CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate schedules
• Build and improve talent acquisition processes
• Respond to recruitment inquiries via ticketing system

📋 Requirements

• At least 3 years of direct recruitment experience
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple processes
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Fluency in English
