Description

You will design and deploy AI copilot and autopilot systems to automate risk investigations at Block, leveraging generative AI and machine learning to improve analyst productivity and eliminate manual review loops. You'll own end-to-end systems, from data integration and model training to production monitoring, working cross-functionally across product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Machine Learning modeling experience
• Full stack ML experience strongly preferred
• Masters or advanced degree in computer science, data science, or related field
• 3+ years experience with AI engineering and large language models
• End-to-end experience building and deploying ML/AI to production systems at scale

Responsibilities

• Experiment and deploy AI copilot and autopilot systems at scale to improve analyst productivity
• Own end-to-end system including API calls, prompt tuning, orchestration, metrics, and productionization
• Build transformer-based ML models using diverse data sets to improve downstream detection tasks
• Work cross-functionally with product, platform, and engineering stakeholders to deploy production-grade systems
