Description

You will perform hands-on field service work at customer sites, including installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical switchgear and control systems primarily in data centers or industrial applications. You'll collaborate with project teams and manufacturing to resolve issues while ensuring equipment operates reliably.

Requirements

• Technical degree or equivalent with 8+ years in manufacturing, data center, or field service.
• Experience commissioning LV/MV electrical switchgear (required for Level 3).
• Ability to travel 75% and work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams (required for Level 3).

Responsibilities

• Install and modify electrical or mechanical components such as panelboards, circuit breakers, bus bar, and control wiring.
• Perform basic testing of modified assemblies (visual, ductor, etc.).
• Commission switchboards, control panels, and power products.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits and networking equipment.
• Coordinate with technical project manager or manufacturing to resolve product or commissioning issues.
