💼 About This Role

You'll bridge global performance strategy with local market success for Trezor's crypto hardware wallet. You'll own expansion market performance and ensure brand message resonates across diverse communities while managing external agencies for Meta and Google Ads. This role offers the chance to shape international marketing campaigns in a fast-growing crypto company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Business Development to launch and scale performance marketing in new territories
• Adapt main creative concepts for high-performing localized assets across scripts, copy, and visuals
• Audit local ad campaigns and agencies to ensure optimization aligned with global strategy
• Manage up to 5 local agencies, ensuring they reach CPA and ROAS targets

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Performance Marketing (agency or in-house, e-commerce preferred)
• Proven experience scaling campaigns across multiple regions (EMEA, LATAM, APAC or CIS)
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Native-level fluency in at least one language other than English
