• Handle high volumes of live chat and phone calls
• Identify and evaluate customer needs to ensure satisfaction

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of proven customer-facing experience
• Fluent in English and German
• Willing to work weekends, irregular hours, and night shifts
• Ability to use IT professionally and handle technical queries
