You'll provide world-class support to Binance users via live chat and phone, handling queries and complaints for the global cryptocurrency exchange. You'll be the voice of the customer, ensuring fast resolution and high satisfaction.

- Handle high volumes of live chat and phone calls
- Identify and evaluate customer needs to ensure satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information
- Manage complaints, provide solutions, and follow up
๐ Requirements
- 1+ year of proven customer-facing experience
- Fluent in English and German
- Willing to work weekends, irregular hours, and night shifts
- Ability to use IT professionally and handle technical queries
