- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners
- Create quarterly and annual business plans with clear revenue goals
- Drive partner performance to achieve assigned sales quotas
- Provide training and enablement for partners to position Lightcast solutions
๐ Requirements
- 5โ7 years of experience in channel sales or business development
- Experience with HCM platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in channel sales
- Ability to travel up to 30% for partner meetings and events
