Description

You will own the mechanical architecture and integration of advanced electromechanical platforms, driving designs from concept through production. This hands-on role involves collaborating across electrical, thermal, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to solve complex problems and deliver high-performance hardware at scale.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years developing and shipping complex mechanical systems
• Expert proficiency in Siemens NX (required)
• Deep expertise in GD&T, tolerance analysis, and production drawing release
• Proven track record from concept to industrialization to shipment
• Strong understanding of quality systems and production metrics (IQC, OQC, ORT, CP/CPK, SPC)

Responsibilities

• Own system-level mechanical architecture and integration for electromechanical platforms
• Lead design, analysis, prototyping, and production release of complex mechanical systems
• Drive DFM, DFA, Design for Automation, and Design for Cost across programs
• Set and enforce GD&T, tolerance stack-ups, and production drawing release standards
• Run subsystem trade studies balancing performance, weight, reliability, cost, and manufacturability
