You'll lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success roles at Sonar, a leader in AI code review. You'll act as a strategic talent partner to revenue leaders, driving high-velocity hiring in a fast-paced environment. This role is onsite in Austin, TX.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles
• Source and engage passive candidates creatively
• Partner with Sales and Revenue leadership on hiring strategy
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment experience
• Majority in-house recruiting background
• GTM recruiting experience (Sales, Marketing, CS)
• Revenue fluency - understands quotas and territories
