You'll build the entire recruiting function at an AI-powered SaaS startup during its most active hiring phase. You'll own the funnel from intake to offer and set the bar for every hire. This is a senior operator role with a seat at the table and no team to inherit.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own the full recruiting funnel from intake through offer accept across all functions.
  • Drive weekly hiring manager reviews, scorecard discipline, and calibration sessions.
  • Screen finalists for culture fit and low-drama, high-execution behavior.
  • Manage external recruiting partners and experiment with sourcing channels.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience at a high-growth startup.
  • Experience scaling a company from under 50 to several hundred employees.
  • Proven track record closing across engineering, GTM, and ops functions.
  • Strong program management skills and bias for action.

  • Experience at an enterprise SaaS or AI-native product company.
  • Worked as an agency recruiter covering diverse roles.
