Description

You will deliver high-quality analytics, reporting, and insights that power client success and commercial decision-making at Noom, a digital health company. You'll partner cross-functionally to ensure enterprise clients have accurate, actionable data through dashboards, ad-hoc analysis, and data quality improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years experience in business or data analytics, ideally in healthcare or B2B SaaS
• Strong SQL proficiency including joins, aggregations, window functions
• Hands-on experience with Looker or similar BI tools
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Own client-facing reporting and analytics delivery for QBRs, renewals, and expansion
• Deliver high-impact ad-hoc analyses for Sales, Client Success, and leadership
• Build, maintain, and enhance Looker dashboards and explores
• Ensure data accuracy by validating dashboards and managing data changes
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies with Data/Analytics Engineering
