💼 About This Role

You'll handle operational and program management tasks for data privacy and information security at Instacart, collaborating cross-functionally with GRC, Security, Procurement, Legal, and Engineering. You'll drive privacy and security readiness for high-visibility launches and improve operational efficiency through automation. This role offers flexible remote work and the chance to impact company-wide initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate vendors' data collection practices and security postures
• Track and report metrics on InfoSec Ops initiatives
• Assist with large-scale audit readiness efforts
• Act as DRI for privacy and security in company-wide initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in Trust Safety, risk, legal, or policy operations
• 2+ years taking on elevated responsibilities in such environment
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and lead complex workflows
• Familiarity with information security and data privacy concepts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in vendor risk management operations
• Familiarity with third party risk management frameworks
• CIPP/CIPM or SEC+ certification
