🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily queue and provide shift coverage for threat analysts
• Conduct one-on-one coaching and set individual development plans
• Perform operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce backlog
• Escalate critical investigations to senior analysts and lead reviews

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of cybersecurity experience as an analyst
• Experience in a security operations center (SOC) identifying compromises
• Endpoint and network security experience with IDS, IPS, EDR
• Knowledge of adversary tactics like obfuscation and persistence
