You'll lead end-to-end M&A integration and strategic program management for Okta's Corporate Development team. Your work will directly shape how we scale through acquisitions and high-impact initiatives. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end deal integration process for acquired companies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for operational readiness
• Manage top executive stakeholders and progress reporting
• Identify and resolve integration issues and risks

📋 Requirements

• 8-12+ years in strategy/management consulting or corporate development
• M&A integration or complex cross-functional initiative experience
• Enterprise software/B2B SaaS industry knowledge
• AI tools fluency for workflow optimization
