Description

As a Production Risk Engineer, you will leverage your underwriting expertise and broker relationships to drive premium growth for management and professional liability products. You'll collaborate with engineering, data, and operations teams to develop insurance solutions that brokers eagerly promote to their clients.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of underwriting experience in respective product
• Network of brokers, carriers, or clients in management or professional liability insurance
• Expertise in specialty liability products (rating, forms, endorsements)
• Ability to build long-term profitable broker partnerships
• Flexibility for travel at least once per month

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed underwriting performance and revenue goals
• Price accounts with competitive terms quickly and in accordance with guidelines
• Manage quote-related communication and questions thoughtfully
• Collaborate with underwriting team on complex account exposures
• Bind accounts through continuous engagement of assigned brokers
