💼 About This Role

You'll accelerate the success of OVO's national solar and heating franchise network by helping franchisees win B2B projects. You'll define BD strategies, build pipelines, and support bids and pitches. This role sits in a high-growth corporate venture on a mission to become one of the UK's largest solar heat pump installers by 2027.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build local BD plans with each franchisee.
  • Design and launch targeted BD campaigns.
  • Support franchisees in winning private and public sector bids.
  • Create and maintain a centralized bid library.

📋 Requirements

  • Proven experience in bid management and business development.
  • Track record of winning private sector pitches and tenders.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills for technical proposals.
  • Ability to build strategic relationships with commercial stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in public sector bid support.
  • Existing network in solar/heating industry.
  • Experience building knowledge banks or bid templates.
